Honey Muffins, Honey!

I got some raw honey from our coworker recently, so I was looking for a quick, easy recipe to make with honey. I found this recipe for honey muffins and it is very simple, fast, and yummy. I made some substitutions, like egg replacer instead of eggs, and soy milk instead of dairy. These muffins came out great, and were yummy with a cup of tea the next day!
