We made this pie recipe last week for Thanksgiving. I really liked making this pie recipe, and it turned out really pretty, too. It is more like a cheesecake than a pumpkin pie.
I liked that it used pine nuts in a pretty pattern on top.
Overall, it was fairly simple to make, so it went fast, too. I never made a pumpkin pie before!
We enjoyed it so much we even had it for brekkie the next day!
